GLCC's management has elaborated 3 step plan to get back on track! 

This plan involves: 
1. Subscription to Pink Sheets and resumed reporting 
2. The company is considering rescission of the 1000 : 1 stock reverse 
split planned by the management in previous quarters 
3. Revive and renegotiate the merger with Q-Mart

Q-Mart is a viable chain of retail convenience stores in China that 
grows continuously, and presently operates more than 200 stores with 
over 600 employees. It sounds  like a great subsidiary for GLCC.

Also, one more good news: GLCCs lawsuit against stock bashers is 
approaching to final resolution.
