As you might have already noticed, FLTT share price stands in stark contrast to the volume and the unbalanced volume stands for what seems to me to be a huge shorting taking place on this one. Basically when the price takes a downturn momentum on no news it's a clear sign of an ongoing naked shorting practice i.e cellar boxing typical of pinksheets and market makers who create market for that certain stock. 
Word on the street has it that FLTT is on track of putting multiple updates out so I'll have to take advantage of this artificially depressed share price and boat load of cheap shares here for you never know what this might turn out to be. All indicators are a go: RSI has touched a sub 30 range which is a reliable indicator of an oversold stock likely to track back up. Looks to me like FLTT is getting lit up soon so I'd better call my order in and buy up as much as I can.
